Please read these terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the TelKo Water website (telkowater.com) and our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. About us

TelKo Water is a Kashmir-based drinking water supplier operating from Central Market, Abi Guzar, Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir. We supply premium mineral water and alkaline water across all districts of J&K.

3. Products and prices

  • All product prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Bulk and institutional pricing may differ from listed retail prices.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order at our discretion.

4. Orders and confirmation

Orders are placed by submitting an enquiry through our website, WhatsApp or email. An order is confirmed only after explicit acknowledgement by our team. We reserve the right to verify customer details before processing any order.

5. Delivery

  • We deliver across all districts of Jammu & Kashmir. Delivery time varies based on location and order size — typically same-day or next-day within Srinagar, 1–3 working days for other districts.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and contact details.
  • Delivery charges (if any) will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  • If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Payment

We accept cash on delivery, UPI and bank transfer. Recurring customers may settle on a monthly billing cycle. All payments must be made in Indian Rupees. Late payments may attract interest at the prevailing rate.

7. 20 Litre jars (refundable deposit)

20 litre water jars may be supplied on a refundable deposit basis. Damaged or unreturned jars will be charged to the customer at the prevailing replacement cost. Jars remain the property of TelKo Water until fully paid for.

8. Returns and quality

If you receive a sealed product that is damaged, leaking or appears tampered with, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. After inspection, we will replace the affected product at no additional cost. We do not accept returns of opened or used products.

9. Use of the website

  • You may use the website only for lawful purposes.
  • You agree not to attempt to interfere with the website's security or functionality.
  • All content on the website (text, images, logos, designs) is the property of TelKo Water and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

10. Job and partnership applications

Submission of a job application or distributor enquiry does not guarantee selection. We reserve the right to evaluate, accept or decline applications at our discretion.

11. Limitation of liability

TelKo Water is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products, except as required by law. Our maximum liability for any direct claim shall not exceed the value of the affected order.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will be available on this page with the "Last updated" date.
